This enjoyable and informative one day class will take you through a complete Stress Management Program looking at what stress is and how it affects the mind and body.


You will cover a number of topics including identifying personal stressors and thought control, and enjoy learning relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.


All in all a very enjoyable day and a great opportunity for some ‘chill out’ time as well as learning key skills to incorporate into daily life.
